Hi, I’m Ben, the owner of Wilsons Barber Shops. My life in the barbering industry started at the age of 13 with a job sweeping and washing hair. I really enjoyed the buzz and the atmosphere of a barber shop and have never looked back. I loved meeting new clients and characters and knew that a barber was the profession for me.
At the age of 16 I started doing haircuts on friends, but soon had the opportunity of an apprenticeship for Vidal Sassoon at Covent Garden. By the age of 19 I completed my apprenticeship. I started working for a local barbers called Just Gentz in 2007 and in 2011 I purchased the barber shop from the owner and Wilsons Barber Shop was born!
